Healing Spiced Smoothie

Prep Time : 5 Minutes   Serves : 2  

A delicious spiced smoothie with anti-inflammatory benefits. A perfect alternative smoothie if you are avoiding Dairy, and Eggs or you follow a Vegan Diet. 

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 frozen bananas, chopped
2 medjool dates, seeded
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
