World Vegan Day 2018

World Vegan Day is an annual event celebrated around the world every 1st November.

So, what is veganism you ask?

'Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.'

Here at Tania Louise, we are against animal cruelty, and we see absolutely no need for any animal body parts, fur, fish scales or even bugs to be used in any of our skin care, cosmetics, hair care or makeup brushes.

We are a plant based brand, with plant oils and plant butters as the base of our products, only scented with certified organic plant and flower essential oils. 

Our makeup brushes are made from synthetic/man made fibres that are of professional makeup artist quality and totally soft and luxurious.

Our eye shadow shimmers are made with minerals and mica (traditional eye shadows can still to this day contain fish scales and crushed up bugs to create a luminescent finish) I kid you not!

  Tania Louise deodorant balm sticks are a luxurious waxy texture which we create by using organic plant extracts such as    cacao butter, coconut oil, candelilla wax   and shea butter. 

   Nourishing lipsticks by Tania Louise are   also vegan with 100% natural and organic ingredients, and natural mineral colourants instead of animal extracts or synthetic colours.

Over the course of November, we will be introducing our plant based products one by one, as well as our favourite Australian owned and made brands that have similar ethics to us.
